• Your fur baby’s name, breed, color, sex (F/M), approximate age/date of birth, and sterilization status.

• Is your dog a social butterfly or a lone wolf?

• When was the last professional spa day, and does your dog have any mats or knots?

• Any pertinent health information.

Booking Etiquette:

• We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.

• For first-time grooming sessions, we suggest starting with 3 wash and neatens to ease your dog into the experience.

Grooming Services:

• We offer a range of grooming services to pamper your pooch, including baths, haircuts, trims, nail clipping, and ear cleaning.

• Additional services such as teeth brushing, anal gland expression, and dental scaling and polishing are available for an extra fee.

Payment:

• Payment can be made via cash or EFT. Please wait for confirmation of the total amount before making payment.

• A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows without 24-hour notice.

Grooming Care:

• Please ensure your dog’s belly and bladder are empty before the appointment, and avoid letting them swim before grooming.

• Bringing your dog’s favorite treats is encouraged to make the grooming experience enjoyable.

• Mats and knots may require additional grooming time and cost.

• Nervous or tricky pups may need extra attention and may incur additional charges.

• Late fees may apply for delayed appointments.

Grooming Products:

• We use high-quality grooming products to ensure your dog’s coat and skin remain healthy and vibrant.

• Shampoos such as sensitive, tearless, VetGuard, and Ricky Litchfield are available for specific needs.

• Conditioner and additional washes can be provided as needed.
