Our pet and house-sitting service comes to you, allowing your pets to remain in familiar surroundings while you are away.
What owners provide
- Your pet’s own food, including pellets, raw-diet food or canned food.
- Food and water bowls.
- Leads, harnesses and collars for daily walks.
- Advance information about health issues and feeding or medication routines.
Costs and payment
From R200 per night
The price may increase depending on the area. The base price includes three pets or fewer.
Additional charges
- R20 per additional pet, per night.
- R50 if the stay extends beyond 12:00 on the day of arrival.
- A 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
- A 40% cancellation fee applies when the notice period is not observed.
- Payment is due before the collection of your pets, by EFT or cash on the day of collection.
- The service is available Monday through Sunday.
Important notes
Your household rules continue.Please tell us about rules such as no sleeping on couches or beds so training remains consistent.
Charlotte sits for one house at a time, so early booking is recommended.
