Requirements:

• Owners must provide their pet’s own food (pellets, raw diet foods, canned food, etc.).

• Owners must also provide their own food and water bowls, as well as leads, harnesses, and collars for daily walks.

• Please inform us in advance if your pet has any health issues or specific feeding or medication routines.

   

Costs:

• Prices start at R200 per night, with potential increases depending on the area.

• The base price includes accommodation for three pets or less, with an additional R20 charge per extra pet per night.

• An extra fee of R50 applies if the stay extends beyond 12:00 on the day of arrival.

• A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a 40% cancellation fee.

• Payment is due before the collection of your pets, either via EFT or cash on the day of collection.

   

Collection and Drop-off:

• Available from Monday to Sunday.

   

Important Notes:

• Please inform us of any specific rules for your pet, such as no sleeping on couches or beds, to ensure consistent training.

• Charlotte only pet sits one house at a time, so early booking is recommended.
